Buse Ayça Ataç ist neue Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Fachgebiet Bodenpolitik, Bodenmanagement und Vermessungswesen

Ayca graduated from the Department of City and Regional Planning at Middle East Technical University (Turkey) in 2017. She has a minor degree in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from the same university. She completed her master’s studies in the Department of Urban Policy Planning and Local Governments in 2021.

At the end of her studies, she received the Graduate School of Social Science Performance Award. Since November 2021, she is working at the chair group land policy and land management as a research assistant, starting her Ph.D. She supervises the student project A-01 on “Property and Climate Change.” Her research interests are climate change, urban-rural integration, flood risk management, property rights, and spatial analysis of urban-rural components.
